Since launching Advisor's Pro-Shop in January 2009, we have seen a whirlwind of activity related to bringing on new users and corporate accounts, while maintaining a focus on the continued development of the product.  Advisor's Pro-Shop and our flagship product - Prospect-Pro has clearly answered a need within the industry for an alternative to "web-based" lead programs.  We are seeing new users subscribe every day, and the amount of interest from FMO's and marketing organizations has been overwhelming.
 
New Product Developments:
  • In late April we introduced an enhanced service and support section which now includes numerous new video tutorials and user support features.
  • Agents can now sign up for weekly webinars that focus on both basic and advanced system functions.
  • We are finalizing the integration of the "full-service" print and mail option which will enable users to tap into the power of Prospect-Pro, but have all of the mail prep and mailing done for them.
  • Development of Version 2 is already well under way, and we expect to release several additional product enhancements within the coming months.
New Clients:
 
We're excited to report that our first quarter surpassed our expectations for number of new users.  Much of this is due to the fact that we signed on five top-tier FMO's as corporate level adopters.  These FMO's are leaders in the industry and clearly see the opportunity that Advisor's Pro-Shop represents in regards to increased agent productivity and recruitment.

Advisor’s Pro-Shop opens to select group of beta testers with it’s Flagship product, Prospect-Pro, the industries first automated and logic driven CRM and prospecting tool designed to assist Advisors in their efforts to make more sales, while doing less work!

Initial response from IMO's and FMO's has exceeded expectations, and early adopters are eagerly awaiting the public release of the final product sometime in early November.

Non-subscribers may not in any way interact, use, view, share, discuss, modify, or distribute any of the information provided via this website.

Prospecting Programs

The user agrees to read all getting started guides and users manuals in their entirety before initiating a prospecting program. It is understood that deriving success from any of the prospecting programs requires following the prompts and action items, to dos, reminders, etc. closely. Failure to respond to action items as intended by the system will likely affect consumer response rates and results. Modification to stock marketing assets provided in a program may also yield unpredictable results.

Data provided through the prospecting programs, including but not limited to consumer lists, email addresses, and or any other type of consumer information, is guaranteed to be provided at the highest level of quality available to Advisor's Pro-Shop users.

It is understood that any data purchased or provided through the Pro-Shop website is to be accepted "as is", and that subtle or possibly radical inaccuracies may occasionally occur in a given record set of data. An example of this might be a persons address changing, their telephone number being a work number instead of a home phone number, etc.

It is understood that data is updated at the frequency deemed appropriate by Advisor's Pro-Shop staff, and that data will constantly be changing as new information is received.

It is agreed that APS staff will maintain, at it's best judgment, the highest available level of quality possible for it's users, through continual analysis, and rigorous demographic research.

It is understood that users of the site, and /or any of the sites products accept the data, and will not request a refund due to any discrepancies, or inaccuracies in said data.

Turnkey Printing and Fufillment Options (Prospect-Pro Premier)

All orders once submitted after completing the setup action item, are completed once submitted. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Any prospecting programs purchased within Advisor's Pro-Shop that feature a print and delivery fulfillment option use Imager's for the printing, folding, and delivery of such media to the end consumer. Shipping & Returns

E-Delivery Products

Many of the Advisor's Pro-Shop products are delivered via an "E-delivery" method, meaning that there is no physical product that needs to be shipped to the consumer. The product itself, or a link from which one may download the product, is delivered to the consumer's email address which was given at time of account creation.

Examples of these items may include but are not limited to Advisor's Documents, CRM Software's, Prospecting Programs, CE Education Courses, etc.

If you have not received your document or item, please contact customer service.

Items delivered via "E-Delivery" are not returnable.

Letterhead, Envelopes, and Business Cards

Letterhead purchased on the Advisor's Pro-Shop website is printed and then shipped by a strategic third party print partner, ZipTek Inc. Orders placed on the Advisor's Pro-Shop website are delivered to the print vendor at time of purchase for immediate fulfillment.

All inquiries regarding the status of your shipping, returns, etc. are to be directed to the print vendor. You may email APS customer service if you are having difficulty in obtaining information regarding your order status from the print vendor.
